About Wolfgang

Wolfgang brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the life sciences industry, having held key positions including division head, country head, and region head primarily across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East for top-tier global companies.

Following a successful 5-year tenure as Pharma Head Europe at the executive search firm Ken Clark International, Wolfgang established in 2009 his own firm, Arlantus Consulting, specializing in the life sciences sector, with a particular focus on Europe and the USA.

​

Wolfgang's business strategy has always been straightforward: prioritize the cultivation of a robust team by recruiting the right individuals, identify talent early on, nurture their development, and empower them to flourish.

Additionally, Wolfgang has consistently been an early adopter of new technologies. For example, he led the introduction of SAP in Asia for Aventis Pharma, which then provided the blueprint for global implementation across the company's operations. He is a firm believer in technology’s potential to provide powerful tools for business development.

With deep expertise in navigating mergers and adeptly managing organizations during such transitions, Wolfgang also excels in designing and implementing talent programs to foster growth and success within the company.
