Arlantus Consulting is led by Isabelle Wagner and Wolfgang Wagner, combining complementary perspectives across executive search, leadership advisory, and operational leadership.
Isabelle Wagner focuses on executive coaching and strategic advisory, working with senior leaders on decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and navigating AI-driven transformation. Her perspective is shaped by more than 16 years in international executive search at senior level, giving her deep insight into leadership dynamics, organizational risk, and what differentiates effective decision-making at the highest levels.
Wolfgang Wagner brings over 30 years of leadership experience across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. As founder of Arlantus Consulting, he has built the firm's executive search practice and worked closely with organizations on leadership selection, organizational transitions, and operational leadership challenges.
Together, they combine strategic perspective, operational depth, a strong understanding of leadership at the highest level, and a commitment to independent, confidential partnership.
